Option to add sessions to the client trajectory timeline (besides activities, notes etc)
Dear Quenza team, I work mainly with coaching programs with a pre-arranged number of guidance hours (rather than single sessions). What I would love to see in Quenza for both the client and myself is the option to add sessions prominently displayed besides activities, notes etc. This would be really helpful to give both the client and myself an overview of the trajectory and a feel for where we are on the roadmap. I would love to be able to add (future) sessions to this timeline. The session component ideally has the following fields: session titel date time location (f2f adress, online meeting link, telephone number) a short tekst box for a remark or reminder duration in hours or minutes a checkbox indicating the session has taken place We would want to be able to change the data in case of rescheduling etc. Clients would see at a glance what future sessions have already been planned and what the dates/times/locations are. It would be really great if this could be fed by session scheduling through calendly or other scheduling tools. N.B.: The checkbox indicating the session has indeed taken place and locking the duration of the session would tie in with the request to have a client session credits usage tracker [ https://feedback.quenza.com/feature-requests/p/client-session-credit-usage-tracker ]. The credits usage tracker could then display: number of hours used, number of hours planned and number of hours remaining. N.B.: If it's possible to toggle whether a component of the trajectory is visible for the client or only for the coach/therapist, we could queue planned/possible components (sessions and activities) as in the request Client Resource Queue / Planned Activities & Pathways [ https://feedback.quenza.com/feature-requests/p/client-resource-queue-planned-activities-pathways ]. Currently I keep this information in a separate files and it would be great to have this integrated and to get a better overview per client. It's a very visual concept, so I hope I've been able to get across what the idea is. Thank you for considering. It's great that over the years you've made such an effort to tailor Quenza to users needs! Olga

Client Resource Queue / Planned Activities & Pathways
Quenza has become an essential part of my clinical workflow, and I genuinely love using it. I use it extensively to deliver between-session interventions, and I really appreciate how responsive the team has been to clinician feedback and how much the platform has continued to improve. One feature that would significantly improve my workflow would be the ability to create a client-specific planned resource queue or menu. Currently, I can assign activities and pathways to clients, but I often have a larger clinical plan in mind: resources I want to use with a client over time, but not necessarily send immediately. For example, I create custom programs that unfold over several weeks, where I gradually introduce activities such as: A specific tracking activity A skills practice activity A relapse prevention activity A related psychoeducation module I would love the ability to select existing Quenza activities and pathways and add them to a client-specific queue or menu. Ideally, this would allow me to: Add existing activities/pathways from my library to a client's planned resources. See the planned collection or sequence of resources for that client. Mark items as planned, sent, completed, or no longer needed. Avoid relying on clinician notes or memory to track what I want to send next. Maintain a connection to the original activity/pathway so updates remain current. I'm not necessarily asking for these resources to automatically send. The biggest value would be having a visual clinical roadmap of resources I intend to use with a client. This would be especially helpful for clinicians who create specialty treatment pathways, but also for those who use Quenza's existing programs and activities. For example, I may currently be working with someone on phobia treatment but know that a body image pathway would be a great fit later in treatment. Or I may see a new Quenza activity and immediately think of a client who would benefit from it, but I do not want to send resources randomly or lose track of that idea. A client-specific resource queue would allow clinicians to be more intentional about how they use the excellent library of tools already available within Quenza.
