Editable interactive virtual whiteboard / picture
A virtual whiteboard and picture option that allows me and my client to collaborate and express situations, emotions, feelings with pictures, symbols, drawings to record insights / solutions using sticky notes, figures, sketches and colour-coded cursors, shapes and lines etc.

Quenza as a tool for community building
. * One aspect of Quenza is a community, which consists of two main areas: an open area where anyone interested can register. The open area is a space for stimulation and exchange. For example, in my case, it's a forum for middle managers. In another "room" within this open area, I can offer my freebies. Anyone who buys something in the open area automatically becomes a "client" instead of an "interested party." * In the client area, I should be able to create any number of rooms. Each room is assigned to a company (my business clients) if it's for custom-made company development programs. * This needs an integrated payment function

Alternate Client Page Views & Improved Sorting
I’d love to request improvements to the Client Page display and sorting options. Currently, clients are shown only in a single list sorted by last name. This makes it harder to quickly locate and prioritize clients in day‑to‑day clinical work, especially when active and inactive clients are mixed together. Suggested enhancements: An alternate view (e.g., card-based layout) that makes it easier to visually scan and differentiate clients Additional sorting options, such as: First name (A–Z) Most recently interacted with Optional ways to surface or pin frequently accessed clients These changes would reduce friction when navigating the client list and make the page more usable as a working dashboard rather than a static directory. Overall, props on Quenza NG, so helpful to my work these days and the frequent improvements are always appreciated. Thanks for considering!

Add Tables to Activities
I’d like to be able to insert tables into activities, for example to create something like a weekly mood tracker that clients can fill out all at once. Right now, it seems like I can only add questions one by one, which makes it harder to present information in a more structured or grid-like format.

Add emojis and and stars and other relatable symbols into activities to move from words and numbers into feelings and emotions.
By having questions in activities where clients can respond using an emoji images or star rating etc. over words means they can connect to their emotions in a different way and it might be a felt sense instead. Alexithymia. means a difficulty with "no words for feelings," where a person struggles to identify, understand, and describe their own emotions. It's thought 10% of the population have Alexithymia. Though prevalence varies, with significantly higher rates (around 30-50%) found in clinical populations and individuals with conditions like autism, depression, and PTSD.

Customized Activity Email Template (s)
The default email template for Activities (maybe other emails) that says "I hereby send you the Activity:" is not language that I would use and I am editing it each time. To have the option to permanently edit this or have multiple templates would be awesome. Thanks!

Built-in Scheduling and Calendar
Managing bookings and reminders directly in Quenza would make it easier to stay organized and reduce back-and-forth with clients. It would be great if clients could book sessions, receive reminders, and have everything connected to my calendar.

Audio messages
I don’t knowing this feature is already available but in the chat it would be good to directly record an audio message instead of having to record elsewhere and upload. Efficiency but also value first. Like WhatsApp. Direct Video recording would also be a good feature. One is allowed to dream �

Habit tracker / Recurring activities
Currently, I can send activities to clients as one-time tasks. It would be valuable to set up activities as habit trackers, where the same activity is automatically sent to clients at defined intervals (daily, weekly, etc.). This would allow clients to consistently log their progress while giving me visibility into their habit development over time. Instead of manually resending the same activity repeatedly, the system would handle the scheduling automatically and provide progress tracking across multiple completions.
