🚀 Feature Requests

This may be similar to the feature request titled ""sign up" page for new clients to register to Quenza," but I would like to be able (if creating client accounts as the clinician remains in effect) to have my onboarding paperwork in the "queue" or already loaded as an Activity so as soon as they accept my invitation and officially create their account, intake paperwork, etc. is there for them to start. Currently I have to wait for them (whether an individual or couple) to complete their signup and then go back into their created accounts and load the activities (intake paperwork) and send. This would eliminate that step. Thanks!

I would love to request a feature that was available in the previous version of Quenza. It would be incredibly helpful to have a single-click option to export all client records as one PDF. In the current version, only notes can be exported, and they have to be downloaded one by one. Sometimes the download doesn't even complete successfully, which makes the process quite time-consuming and unreliable. The one-click export feature in the previous version was something my clients truly valued. At the end of a coaching journey, being able to take all of their reflections, exercises, and notes with them is incredibly meaningful. It allows them to keep their coaching journey as a resource they can continue to revisit and draw support from in the future. I sincerely hope you would consider bringing back the ability to export all client records into a single PDF with one click. Thank you so much for considering this feature request.

I've built a program that has 10 sections . I'd like to be able to release an entire section and the activities within at the same time so that clients only have access once I release it after the live sessions.

I would love a way to schedule a chat to clients. Sometimes I am following up on tasks/items for them at night and I'd love for them to receive the notification the next day.

It would be helpful to be able to organize the activities search beyond using the search bar, or selecting by Format to narrow, with a "tag" feature that can be used for pre-formatted activities or created ones that I might further categorize on my own (e.g. Couples) or attach to a specific client because I want to use it quickly for them again (JNVP - tag is their initials). And/or a better option might be the ability inside a client dashboard to have a "Favorite" section in the menu that allows me to attach Activities that I frequently use with this client or only with this client. If I missed one or both of these recommendations elsewhere, or this already exists in some fashion, my apologies... I did search. Thanks!

Currently, I can send activities to clients as one-time tasks. It would be valuable to set up activities as habit trackers, where the same activity is automatically sent to clients at defined intervals (daily, weekly, etc.). This would allow clients to consistently log their progress while giving me visibility into their habit development over time. Instead of manually resending the same activity repeatedly, the system would handle the scheduling automatically and provide progress tracking across multiple completions.

When a coach updates an activity after it has already been assigned to a client, the client continues to see the original version. The only workaround is to resend the program, which creates a duplicate in the client's portal and causes confusion. This is a significant issue for coaches who are actively building and refining a new program. Iterating based on client feedback is a normal part of launching a new coaching program. The current architecture does not support this workflow. The requested feature: when a coach updates an activity, push the updated version automatically to any enrolled client who has not yet opened or started that activity. Clients who are already in progress or have completed the activity stay on their version — protecting their existing work. Only clients who have not yet started the activity receive the update. This would make Quenza genuinely usable for coaches who are actively building and improving new programs — without forcing them to choose between leaving clients on outdated content or creating duplicate programs in their portal.

Is it possible to have the ability to add the name we're comfortable with? Counselor, therapist, etc. I think it was in the first Quenza.

The default email template for Activities (maybe other emails) that says "I hereby send you the Activity:" is not language that I would use and I am editing it each time. To have the option to permanently edit this or have multiple templates would be awesome. Thanks!
