We received a great idea from a customer (Paulien) about simplifying the onboarding process for new users.
Currently, when new clients join, they have to be added manually after payment, which causes delays. Paulien suggested having a public sign-up page (unique per workspace) that allows clients to create their own Quenza account directly.
Why it matters:
  • Removes manual work (no more adding new clients by hand)
  • Clients can start using Quenza immediately after payment
  • Greatly improves onboarding flow and client satisfaction
