Hi team, it's brilliant there is chat functionality. What I immediately noticed is how there's no email notification for this. Right now it would be tricky to use chat because you wouldn't know if the client had seen it or not. I've seen other systems send an email notification and also allow the user to choose to reply to the email itself or go to the platform and reply. If replying to the email the chat updates as per that conversation (very similar to chat in Microsoft Teams).... Whilst typing I guess my biggest concern now is clients might message me here and I might not see it. Just wanted to flag this UX up. Thx
