Dear Quenza team,
I work mainly with coaching programs with a pre-arranged number of guidance hours (rather than single sessions). What I would love to see in Quenza for both the client and myself is the option to add sessions prominently displayed besides activities, notes etc. This would be really helpful to give both the client and myself an overview of the trajectory and a feel for where we are on the roadmap.
I would love to be able to add (future) sessions to this timeline. The session component ideally has the following fields:
  • session titel
  • date
  • time
  • location (f2f adress, online meeting link, telephone number)
  • a short tekst box for a remark or reminder
  • duration in hours or minutes
  • a checkbox indicating the session has taken place
We would want to be able to change the data in case of rescheduling etc.
Clients would see at a glance what future sessions have already been planned and what the dates/times/locations are.
It would be really great if this could be fed by session scheduling through calendly or other scheduling tools.
N.B.: The checkbox indicating the session has indeed taken place and locking the duration of the session would tie in with the request to have a client session credits usage tracker [https://feedback.quenza.com/feature-requests/p/client-session-credit-usage-tracker]. The credits usage tracker could then display: number of hours used, number of hours planned and number of hours remaining.
N.B.: If it's possible to toggle whether a component of the trajectory is visible for the client or only for the coach/therapist, we could queue planned/possible components (sessions and activities) as in the request Client Resource Queue / Planned Activities & Pathways [https://feedback.quenza.com/feature-requests/p/client-resource-queue-planned-activities-pathways].
Currently I keep this information in a separate files and it would be great to have this integrated and to get a better overview per client. It's a very visual concept, so I hope I've been able to get across what the idea is.
Thank you for considering. It's great that over the years you've made such an effort to tailor Quenza to users needs!
