Whitelabel experience

While I am excited to see the launch of NextGen platform, I am hoping to see the long-pending feature request in the classic version of a true whitelabel experience for the end clients.
Key feature requests :
1) Being able to customise the branding ( log in URL, LOgo) and provide a seamless experience to transition the client into Quenza platform.
2) Being able to send an activity to a client without making them register for the Quenza platform? ( if not, it defeats the whole purpose of white label, as in my experience, the clients start exploring the platform themselves and get distracted from the coaching session/therapy by DIY kind of approach, trying the activities themselves. This also provides clarity for Quenza as a platform - who is the real customer of Quenza - the practitioners OR their clients ?)
2) Today, when I add a new client and send an activity to them, and I check the option of not registering for the platform, the Quenza branding is seen both in the mail that is sent and also in the opening session of the activity, creating a disconnect of individual offering.
3) The above clarity will help the individual coaches/therapists to plan on how much value they can create by integrating Quenza as a seamless experience from the individual sales and delivery page for clients Vs a disconnected journey.
4) Ideally, the best path will be if the login access and the switch to the Quenza platform can be enabled from my own web page/platform , ( not sure it can be achieved with Zapier kind of service integration )
As this is not a transactional service platform like Mailchimp, where you can leave the service branding, but a knowledge platform, which individual coach/therapist shares, as their designed activities, it is important to make that distinction.
I look forward to finally getting this feature rolled out in its true sense.

Branding and Customization Options

I want to be able to customize the look and feel of what my clients see, like adding my logo or adjusting colors to match my branding. It would make the experience feel more professional and aligned with my practice.

Appreciate the way you shared this, Shailendra. You raise some strong points around what a more complete white label experience could look like, especially when it comes to branding, client registration, and how the flow impacts your client relationships.
Curious what else you or others would include in a custom branding setup beyond login URL and logo. Elspeth already mentioned platform colours, which seems like another good addition. Thanks for laying this out so clearly.

I'd like to see this and yet even before true white label is possible, even being able to adjust the platform colours to not clash with existing branding strikes me as an important first step.
