When I send out different activities, I want the message that goes with them to reflect what the activity is about. Right now, I can only set one default email, so I have to manually copy and paste context-specific text every time I send something.
I’d really like to save custom email templates for each activity so I can just click and send without rewriting the same thing over and over. It would help me keep things more personal, consistent, and clear for my clients, and save me a lot of time.
