Please bring back folders for resources

When my account migrated across I was very surprised and frustrated that all the folders I had carefully created in quenza classic had disappeared. Having resources grouped into folders is incredibly useful for sending to clients. And for my own use too. Please please bring back folders. It is hard to understand why this would be a difficult feature to offer with a more sophisticated system when it was present in the older version?

Stacy Ingram Thank you for sharing this, and I understand the new version of Quenza can feel different at first if you are used to the Classic layout.
To confirm how it works: the Resources section in the main menu is your central library and shows all of your resources in one place, so you can reuse them across clients without uploading them again. When you open a client's profile, the Resources tab there shows only the resources that are relevant to that client. So each client effectively already has their own resources area, and the client themselves only ever sees what has been shared with them.
That said, we appreciate that a growing library can become harder to manage on your side, and we are currently looking into options such as tagging and folders to make organising your resources easier. We can't share a timeline just yet, but your feedback is helpful as we explore this.

on the app resources don't show up undr each client, they get put in one big bucket. hopefully from the client view they all go in a resources folder under just them. please confirm. This app seems a lot messier if you will than the classic version

The old platform had folders in the resources tab that was really helpful for organizing client files into specific folders for them. We need that specifically. Also, the general resources tab is mixing in specific client resources with general resources. Would like to see the general resources tab for only the resources we have to share for all clients and can assign to their profile and their individual resources be on their specific portal only. The folders are essential as I am uploading receipt/payment records to their chart and would like things organized on their specific portal into folders like the former platform and we can choose share permissions as well. In addition, would like to see folders on the general resources tab so we can have specific documents like "Client Intake Docs" etc.
