Some of my clients don't work with notes, but they write up their notes in a Word file on their laptop. There is currently no way they can upload and send these documents to me directly.

They have to either select the entire text and copy it into a note, or alternatively, export to a pdf and then add to chat. Not everyone is tech-savvy and sometimes I have to instruct how to do this.

It would be very convenient for these clients (and save time) if the .doc extension was added as a possible file format for chat attachments.

Perhaps it's a small tweak, so I hope this is possible!
