As a professional I use Quenza on my laptop a lot and in my screen, the indicators of new chats and notifications are relatively small and in the top margin of the screen. I would love to have them more central in my view, e.g. in a box in the middle like the tasks and waiting clients (see attached screen shot for a suggestion).

To me, the chats and notifications are at least equally important as tasks...
