Drip feed of activities in a programme seems to no longer be available.

Before when I selected edit on an activity in a program the option came up to delay the next activity. But now when I select edit it opens up the activity in full to edit. Really great I need this, but I also need the delay feature that previously appeared when you hit the edit button. Without this you can't delay future activities in a program. I was literally about to send out my september weekly reflection program and I'll probably have to do this as a single activity now.
Has delay activity in programmes moved to somewhere else?

Jane Livesey The delay function is still available, but instead of appearing when you click 'Edit', you need to click directly on the activity itself (not the edit button) to see the delay options. This is detailed in our help article: https://help.quenza.com/article/82-how-activity-delivery-works-in-a-program and has not been changed recently.
This should allow you to delay your September weekly reflection program activities as needed. Let me know if you need any clarification on the exact steps!

Torben Tschechne thanks so much. I've got that now and will hopefully remember it. I looked at the instructions Friday night and just now and couldn't see the cursor change.
I guess the problem here is having too many buttons. there are 3 actions you can do. Therefore from a UX perspective, I wonder if it wouldn't make more sense to have that option under the elipses.
Below are your current instruction - it's missing the tiny detail of, select the activity. It could say something like
"Hover over the activity and you'll see the mouse cursor change to a hand icon, select the activity and change your delivery for each".
Adding your video you just inserted above is how I was able to see what I needed to do and was the game changer, so if that could be added that would be great. I'm a visual learner and my ADHD means reading detailed instructions is really hard. So those video snippets work wonders for me! ❤️
Current instructions:
Look for the “tap” icon (a hand pressing a button) next to activities marked as Planned. This indicates that the activity is awaiting manual triggering.
To trigger an activity, click the three dots (⋯) next to it
Select Send activity from the dropdown menu
Once triggered, the activity will be delivered to the client and its status will update accordingly.

Jane Livesey Thank you for your valuable feedback. I changed the introduction text in the knowledge base to make it clear, that you need to select an activity to see the options. We also take into consideration working with more animated images in the future.
