Built-in Chat to Message Clients Securely

I would really like to have a simple and secure way to message my clients directly inside Quenza. Being able to send quick notes, encouragement, or follow-ups without switching to email or text would make it easier to stay connected and responsive. Ideally, the chat would work on both desktop and mobile, and allow me to keep all my client communication in one place.
Voice notes and the ability to respond to specific messages would be great extras, but even just a basic secure chat would already make a big difference in how I support my clients.
