See images below. One shows a test i did and the date is shown for the reminder so it must've been working earlier this week. Now look at Goal Setting template - there's no reminder shown even though I selected it when sending. I've tested with multiple activities and the reminders are no longer highlighting. Maybe it's still happening in the back end, I've no idea but the platform is no longer showing me.
Secondly when in Client activities and select the elipses, you have an option to remind them. Problem is this sends a reminder immediately without any warning. The new UX would be after selecting send reminder:
- a second dialogue box that says send reminder now or send in future
- if now it goes
- if send in future (or words to that effect) then a date and time pop up where you can select that. I'll add this as a feature request too. Unless you can fix this bug and do the feature at the same time 😊

Jane Livesey Thank You for your message and your active contribution you. Let me answer your question regarding the reminder logic: The UI in the listing and on the detail page shows the date of the last reminder that has been sent. When you send out a new activity with the option to remind the user in one week, the reminder is shown, when it has been sent out after one week. I hope this makes sense to you.
Just to clarify the logic behind the action within the 3-dot-action menu: Currently, you get this dialog box asking for confirmation if the reminder should be sent. I agree that we can be more specific in the text, so that it is sent right away. We'll change that.
When we developed this functionality, it was more intended that you just want to remind your client right now and not schedule a reminder in the future. However, we take a look at that as you also submitted a feature request for this issue.
I hope my answer resolves your issue and clarifies the logic behind the reminders a bit more.
