Ability to Reopen or View a Completed Activity in Session

Sometimes I want to pull up an activity with a client during session, either one they already completed on their own or one we worked through together, and there is currently no easy way to do that. Once an activity is marked complete, it is not easy to open and review it in real time with the client. I would love a way to open a completed activity in view mode directly from the client's profile so I can use it as a reference point during session without having to recreate or resend it.

What I'd like to understand is why you aren't opening the completed activity directly from the client's profile. If you go to Client Profile -> Activities and select the completed activity from the list, you should be able to view it as long as the results are visible to you as the professional.

Hi Torben Tschechne , I think there may be a misunderstanding, and I've attached my demo client form for reference.
In classic Quenza, I could open an activity and start it during a session, and it would automatically appear in the client's profile for them to complete. That's the workflow I'm trying to replicate.
I also want to be able to fill out activities WITH clients in real time, not just view them. Some clients get stuck on questions, so I need to be able to actively participate while they're completing something, not just observe from my end.
