Layout Refresh & More Export Options

Over the past few weeks, we've shipped a refreshed interface and a round of quality-of-life improvements that make Quenza smoother for both professionals and clients.

Redesigned App Layout

We've given the professional app a visual refresh. The sidebar has been streamlined for a cleaner look, and we've introduced a new top bar, your chat and notifications now live there, keeping things tidy and easy to find no matter where you are in the app.

Expanded PDF Exports

We've been expanding PDF export support across the platform. Previously, professionals could export completed activity assignments as PDFs. We've now extended this further:

Activity assignments
Both professionals and clients can now export activity assignments as PDFs, making it easy to save or share progress outside of Quenza.
Notes
Professionals and clients can now both export notes as PDFs, handy for keeping records or sharing session summaries.

Other Enhancements

Loom video support
You can now paste Loom video links directly into the video element in the Activity Builder, making it easy to add personal video messages or walkthroughs to your activities.
Bug fix
We resolved an issue that occurred when upgrading a guest to a client where the email address already existed in the system.
