We’ve expanded the program experience to give you full control over when and how your clients receive activities, so your delivery matches the flow of your design.

With this update, you can now choose from several delivery options:
No Delay
Deliver multiple activities all at once. This is ideal for self-paced courses where clients can work through content in any order they prefer.
After Completing Previous Step
Automatically unlock the next activity as soon as the previous one is completed by the client. This works perfectly for structured and sequential journeys.
After Completing Previous Step with Delay
Add a pause between activities. After finishing one activity, the next is delivered after a set number of hours or days. This is great for giving clients time to reflect before moving on.
Fixed Interval
Schedule activities to be sent at specific times, regardless of whether the client has completed previous steps. For example, send a prompt every morning at 9 AM or every Monday, no matter their progress.
Manual Trigger
Take full control over the timing. Review client context or wait for a check-in before sending the next step. You can trigger delivery directly from the program overview in the client's profile.
This flexibility allows you to design programs that perfectly match your intended pace, structure, and style of client engagement. For more information, visit the docs "How Activity Delivery Works in a Program".
Control Visibility of Upcoming Activities
When sending a program, you can choose whether clients see all upcoming activities or only those that have been delivered.
Show all upcoming activities
Clients see the full program at once, with future activities grayed out until their delivery date. Great for giving an overview and building anticipation.
Hide upcoming activities
Clients only see the current step, helping them stay focused and letting you reveal the program gradually. This setting gives you the flexibility to decide how much of the program is visible in advance.
