Custom Domain for the Client Portal

Your clients can now reach their portal on a web address that matches your brand, such as client.yourdomain.com, instead of the default Quenza URL. It is one more way to make Quenza feel like a seamless part of your own practice rather than a separate tool.
How it works
Open Workspace, then White Label, and go to the Custom Domain tab. Enter the subdomain you want to use, for example client.yourdomain.com, and click Connect Domain. Add the CNAME record we show you at your domain provider, then click Refresh to check the status. DNS changes can take up to 24 to 48 hours to take effect. Once the domain verifies, click Activate and your portal is live on your own address. You can deactivate and reactivate it at any time without verifying again, or disconnect it entirely.
Availability
Custom domains are available on the Impact plan and above. They sit alongside your custom logo and custom sender email, so you can give clients a fully branded experience from the address bar inward.
