Clear-All Notifications, Tidier Activity Lists & a Round of Fixes
We've shipped a batch of quality-of-life improvements and fixes across the app, several of them straight from your votes on the feedback board, plus a few additions for developers building on the Quenza API.
Clear all notifications at once
Notifications can pile up fast. You can now clear them all with a single button instead of dismissing them one by one. It's a small touch that makes keeping a tidy inbox much easier.
A calmer activity finish screen
When a client finishes an activity, the closing screen now uses clearer, more neutral wording that names the activity they've completed, rather than a generic “Good job!”. This was one of the most-requested tweaks on the board. It's a first step, and a per-activity custom finish message is on the roadmap for later.
Delete cancelled activities and programs
Cancelled activities and programs used to linger in a client's list with no way to remove them. Now you can permanently delete cancelled activity and program assignments, so each client's list only shows what's actually relevant. It pairs nicely with the activities and programs filter we added last update.
Straight back to your client list after importing
After a bulk client import, closing the summary now takes you to your client overview, so you immediately see your newly imported clients instead of landing back on the import screen.
Bug Fixes
- Calendly and Google Calendar now unlock correctly on the plans that include them.
- Inviting someone who already has a Quenza account no longer asks them to set a new password when they accept. They simply sign in as usual.
- Email addresses entered with capital letters now sign in reliably.
- Fixed a scrolling issue in the sidebar.
For Developers
We've continued to expand the Quenza API: A new Client Verified webhook fires when a client verifies their email or account, so you can trigger onboarding steps automatically.

Keep the requests coming on the feedback board. Your votes genuinely shape what we build next. More soon.
