In my opinion, something that's missing on the dashboard is a place for quick links/ other resources that the client may want to access, ones that aren't linked to a particular activity or program. They could be foundational resources, booking links, or links to order equipment that a client will want to access easily over the course of working together. Another way of putting it would be an area of the dashboard where you can 'pin' key materials and links. In the old platform, 'Files' could be used this way to an extent.
