When a new client account is created, give practitioners the option to automatically assign a default pathway. Why it matters: New clients can start engaging with content right away. Streamlines onboarding and reduces manual setup. Ensures a consistent, branded first experience for all clients.

We received a great idea from a customer (Paulien) about simplifying the onboarding process for new users. Currently, when new clients join, they have to be added manually after payment, which causes delays. Paulien suggested having a public sign-up page (unique per workspace) that allows clients to create their own Quenza account directly. Why it matters: Removes manual work (no more adding new clients by hand) Clients can start using Quenza immediately after payment Greatly improves onboarding flow and client satisfaction
